A Celebration of Young Creativity

Kigali, Rwanda – February 15, 2025

Toyota Rwanda proudly hosted the Dream Car 2024 Finalist Award Ceremony at our Karuruma showroom, marking the first time this global event was held in Rwanda. It was a joyful and inspiring day, celebrating the imagination and talent of young Rwandan artists.

In its debut year, the competition received an overwhelming response with over 350 creative submissions from children across the country. From these, 30 young artists were invited to attend the award ceremony, where their passion and creativity were honored.

The event’s highlight was the recognition of the Top 9 finalists, who were each presented with awards by Toyota Rwanda’s Managing Director, Mr. Nenad Predrevac. Their winning artworks are now proudly displayed in our showroom, offering visitors a chance to admire the dreams and visions of Rwanda’s next generation.

These 9 exceptional drawings have also been submitted to the global Dream Car Art Contest, organized by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) in Japan, where they will compete with entries from around the world.
