Toyota Rwanda hosted a successful 4x4 Test Drive Event in Musanze, reaffirming its commitment to engaging customers beyond Kigali while promoting quality aftersales support, vehicle safety, and mobility solutions.

The event was held at Junior Auto Clinique, Toyota Rwanda's newly appointed Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Musanze. The initiative aimed to strengthen relationships with customers in Rwanda's Northern Province, promote Toyota Rwanda's partnership with the ASC, raise awareness of C-Works batteries, and conduct TAKATA airbag safety check-ups outside Kigali.

Distinguished Guests

The event attracted several distinguished guests, including the Governor of the Northern Province, members of the Musanze District Executive Committee led by the Mayor, and Toyota Rwanda's Chairman. Their participation highlighted the importance of expanding automotive services and customer engagement initiatives beyond the capital city.

Demonstrating 4x4 Performance

Throughout the day, participants were given the opportunity to experience Toyota's renowned 4x4 performance through a series of test drives designed to showcase vehicle capability, durability, and reliability. The event also provided a platform for Toyota Rwanda representatives to engage directly with customers, discuss vehicle ownership needs, and promote genuine Toyota products and services.

A New Authorized Service Center in Musanze

A key focus of the event was the promotion of the newly established partnership with Junior Auto Clinique, which now serves as Toyota Rwanda's Authorized Service Center in Musanze. Customers were introduced to the range of professional aftersales services available at the facility, further improving access to Toyota-standard maintenance and repairs in the region.

Strong Participation

The event achieved strong participation, with 36 organizations and companies taking part and more than 50 test drives conducted. In addition, customers benefited from TAKATA airbag inspections and information sessions on the advantages of C-Works batteries, reinforcing Toyota Rwanda's commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

The success of the event demonstrates Toyota Rwanda's ongoing efforts to expand its presence across the country, strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders, and deliver world-class products and services closer to the communities it serves.
