Toyota Rwanda introduces Trade-In Programme

To meet the growing demand for upgrading to new models, Toyota Rwanda is excited to announce the introduction of our Trade-In Programme.

Eligible Brands

• Toyota : Vehicles must be sourced from Toyota Rwanda, or authorized channel (TGS, CPS, TMC).

Vehicle Age Criteria

• Toyota vehicles from Toyota Rwanda: Up to 10 years old

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the Trade-In Programme:

1. You must own a Toyota model.
2. The vehicle must have a verifiable service history. The vehicle fully serviced at Toyota Rwanda will have higher evaluation.
3. You must plan to replace the traded-in vehicle immediately with a new one.
4. Toyota Rwanda will conduct an evaluation before making a trade-in offer.
5. Once you accept the trade-in value, you will pay the difference based on the quotation for the new vehicle.
6. First evaluation cost will be covered by Toyota Rwanda. If the evaluation expires and you request another, the cost will be borne by you.

Trade-In Process

We’ve simplified the process for your convenience:

1. Contact our sales consultants and specify the model you wish to trade in.
2. Bring your vehicle for evaluation by our Service Department.
3. The evaluation will include internal and external checks.
4. We will make an offer based on the evaluation.
5. Once accepted, you pay the difference between the new vehicle price and the residual value of your trade-in.

Important Notes

• Trade-in cannot be done for duty-free vehicles. Duties must be cleared with RRA.
• Trade-in cannot be done for vehicles under leasing or credit. All liabilities must be discharged with the financial institution before finalizing the deal.
